Wythnos Iaith/Language week
Rydym fel ysgol yn cymryd rhan yn y fenter Siarter Iaith Gymraeg eleni sy'n arwain at gynnydd yn nefnydd cymdeithasol plant o'r Gymraeg. Gobeithiwn ysbrydoli ein plant i ddefnyddio'u Cymraeg ymhob agwedd o'u bywydau. Roedd wythnos Dydd Gwyl Ddewi yn wythnos ddelfrydol i gynnal Wythnos Iaith i lansio'r cynllun ar ein cyfer. Trefnwyd nifer o weithgareddau gwahanol ar gyfer yr wythnos a fydd gobeithio yn annog y disgyblion i ddefnyddio mwy o'r iaith Gymraeg.
As a school we are taking part in the Welsh Language Charter initiative this year which can be used to promote and increase the use of Welsh by children in a social context. In a nutshell, the Charter's main aim is to encourage and inspire children to speak Welsh. During St David's Day week we held a Language Week to launch the scheme . We organised many activities for the week that will hopefully encourage the pupils to use more of the Welsh Language.
